I have worked with youth and young adults in the Yampa Valley for over twenty years and in a therapeutic capacity since 2015. My approach focuses on authenticity, empathy and a sense of humor. I provide individual and family therapy for youth and young adults at my office in Steamboat Springs. I am a Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Synergetic Play Therapist. 

 

Before starting my private practice in 2021, I was a school based therapist at Steamboat Springs Middle & High School working with teens and their families.  I have  worked with youth and teens experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+, learning disabilities, teen pregnancy, PTSD, sexual assault, family conflict, domestic violence, emotional and physical abuse, self harming behaviors and suicidal ideation.
